Step 6: Add the tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame until the tomato puree is cooked properly.
Step 7: Add 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of kasuri methi, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Step 8: Add 1 tsp of sugar and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes on low flame until the masala is cooked properly and the oil starts to separate.
Step 9: Cut 200g of paneer into small cubes and add them to the masala. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 10: Add 1/4 cup of cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Step 11: Finally, add 1 tsp of butter and mix well.
